Kid Approved Banana Bread!

This is a quick recipe for banana bread. It just comes out so "perfect"! Yum!!  This is also a great gift idea. Bake these in disposable aluminum pans for easy gift giving!

What you will need:

*2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
*3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
*2 Eggs
*1 tsp Baking Soda
*1/4 tsp Salt
*1/2 Cup Butter
*2-3 Ripe Banana's (the riper the better!)
*1 Greased 9 x 5 loaf pan

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees F.

2. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.

3. In a medium sized bowl, mash up your bananas. In a small bowl on the side, mix up your brown sugar and melted butter until smooth and then add it to your mashed bananas.

4. Mix in the 2 eggs into your banana mixture and blend well. Then add this to your flour mixture. Blend all together with a spoon until all is moist. It is going to get really thick, but keep mixing!

5. Pour your mixture into the 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes. You may add 5 more minutes if needed. Test with toothpick to see if it's done. When toothpick comes out clean, it's done! ENJOY!
